I am a designer dedicated to providing you with custom invitations for your special day that not only appeal to your tastes, but help display your personality and that of your wedding. The invitation is the first formal piece of the wedding the your guests will experience, and it is important to create an invitation that will match your wedding and get your family and friends excited to be there for you on your wedding day.
Pricing
Pricing for the invitations includes the design, printing, and production of the invitation. Each client gets a personalized quote based on what their ideas and specifications are. We have a initial meeting where ideas can be communicated, and then the meeting is concluded by an initial price quote based on time, labor, and printing costs. Costs will vary depending on the number of guests, amount of elements involved in the invitation, and the size specifications of the invitation. As an example, let’s say someone was looking to have designs for a 100 person guest list. For their personal preference they are printing a flat 5x7 invitation that has no post production specifications (no glitter, painting, or extra frills). The initail quote, including cost of design and print would total $300. At this price the invitations would be ready for delivary.
DIY Option
As someone who loves Pinterest, crafting, and do-it-yourself projects, I completely understand brides who want to put together a DIY style wedding. For those who would prefer to make their own invitations at home, but aren’t exactly sure how to go about getting that idea you have in your head onto paper, I am here to help! I can offer to create a custom design for you, and then I send you that file electronically for you to do what you will with it. I will handle designing the invitation to your specifications and ensuring that it is print-ready before handing it over. You can then chose your favorite printer or print the designs yourself. Pricing for the DIY option is based on the design, and doesn’t include printing or production costs. Each client gets an individual quote, depending on your idea and specifications. I will give you a total estimate based off the amount of time the design will take. Typically packages start at $50.
